Arrest of Wanted Individuals in the Southern Suburb, Bekaa, and North for Various Crimes

The Lebanese Army Command – Directorate of Orientation issued the following statement:
A patrol from the Intelligence Directorate arrested the citizen (T.K.) in Jnah – Dahiyeh Janoubiyeh, who had been evading capture for several years while using forged documents. He is wanted for various crimes, including gunfire during a conflict in the Burj AlBarajneh in 2006, which resulted in the death of one person, as well as arms and ammunition trafficking, in addition to previous gunfire incidents.
Another patrol in Saadnayel - Bekaa arrested the Syrian (A.A.) for illegally entering Lebanese territory and engaging in arms trafficking. A Kalashnikov military weapon and a quantity of ammunition belonging to him were seized.
Additionally, a unit of the army in the northern region arrested 45 Syrians for illegally entering Lebanese territory.
The seized items were handed over, and investigations with the detainees began under the supervision of the relevant judiciary.
