5 Citizens Arrested in Baalbek and Khaldeh

The Lebanese Army Command – Directorate of Orientation issued the following statement:
A patrol from the Intelligence Directorate arrested the citizens (J.N.), (AA.N.), and (M.AA.) in Khaldeh for opening fire in the air. An amount of firearms and military ammunition was seized in their possession.
Additionally, another patrol arrested in Baalbek the citizens (AA.M.) and (H.M.) for the former escaping from the Dahr Al Baidar prison of the Internal Security Forces on 13/10/2023, and the second earlier shooting towards a person and wounding a military personnel.
The seized items were handed over, and the investigation was initiated with the arrestees under the supervision of the competent judicial authorities.
