Raids and Arrests of Wanted Individuals for Shooting

The LAF Command – Directorate of Orientation issued the following statement:

LAF unit raided the residences of wanted individuals in the towns of Housh Al Rafqa – Baalbek, Majdel Anjar, and Saadnayel – Zahle, arresting eight citizens who were wanted for shooting. A quantity of weapons and ammunition was seized in their possession.

Additionally, another army unit, supported by a patrol from the Directorate of Intelligence, raided the residences of wanted individuals in Fanar–Metn and arrested five citizens who were also wanted for shooting.

The seized items were handed over, and an investigation with the arrestees was initiated under the supervision of the competent judicial authorities.
