The funeral procession of First Adjutant Martyr Bilal Al Baradii

The Army Command and the residents of the city of Baalbek held a funeral for Adjutant Martyr Bilal Al Baradii, who was martyred on 18/11/2025 as a result of clashes with wanted individuals during a series of raids carried out by the Directorate of Intelligence, supported by an Army unit, in Al Sharawneh – Baalbek.
The funeral began with honors performed by a detachment from the Military Police and the Army Band, and the martyr was awarded the War Medal, the Wounded Medal, and the Bronze Military Commendation.
In the city of Baalbek, a memorial ceremony was held in the presence of the representative of the Minister of National Defense, Major General Michel Menassa, and the Army Commander-in-Chief General Rodolph Haykal, who delivered a speech highlighting the martyr’s integrity, courage, and dedication in fulfilling his duty. He stressed that the Army will continue to pursue criminals wherever they may be found, especially drug dealers.
