Graduation Ceremony of a Training Course in Search and Rescue

A graduation and certificate distribution ceremony was held at the Naval Forces School in Jounieh for the soldiers who successfully completed a training course in search and rescue. The ceremony was presided over by the Commander of the Naval Forces, Navy Brigadier General PSC Mustafa Al Ali, in the presence of the Head of the Italian Bilateral Military Mission in Lebanon, Colonel Vittori Gisonni, the Italian training team, and several officers.
During the ceremony, the Commander of the Naval Forces delivered a speech in which he stated:
“Maritime safety represents a fundamental pillar of Lebanon’s Integrated Maritime Strategy and is closely linked to the broader effort aimed at developing the capabilities of the Naval Forces, particularly in search and rescue and the preservation of lives at sea, with support from the Air Force and the Marine Commandos Regiment. Therefore, the Naval Forces, under the direct supervision and support of the Army Command, continue to advance along this path and allocate a substantial portion of their resources to it.”
He concluded by congratulating the graduates and wishing them success and continued success.
