Naval drills between the LAF and the German warship FGS BRAUNSCHWEIG

In collaboration with the German warship “FGS BRAUNSCHWEIG”part of the UNIFIL Task Force, units from the LAF Naval forces performed a tactical drill in the marine spot facing Jounieh bay. The drill focused on detecting and intercepting a suspicious ship and included disembarkations of a raid team and searching ships from helicopters as well as evacuations of soldiers using boats. This drill comes in the frame of the military cooperation between the LAF and the UNIFIL.
