A seminar in the Center of Research and Strategic Studies in the LAF

The Center of Research and Strategic Studies in the LAF organized a seminar concerning a book entitled: “the Russian Civilization – Definition and Destiny”. The seminar was attended by the General Director of cultural affairs Dr. Ali el Samad, representing the Minister of Culture Dr. Ghattas Khoury, the Ambassador of Russia Mr. Alexander Zasypkin and the dean of the faculty of Law and Political and Administrative Science Dr. Kamil Habib representing the head of the Lebanese University Professor fouad Ayoub along with several officers and academic and cultural figures. The seminar was directed by the director of center Brigadier General Fadi Abi Farraj and speeches were delivered in which the participating figures commended the content of the book and the new Russian role and openness to the Middle East. Afterwards, the writer of the book Professor Souheil Farah delivered a speech in which he extended his appreciation to the audience. In the end, commemorative shields were offered to the audience.
