56 Syrians Arrested for Wandering Inside Lebanese Territory without Legal Papers

The LAF Command – Directorate of Orientation issued the following statement:

Lebanese Armed Forces units, accompanied by patrols from the Intelligence Directorate, raided camps for Syrian refugees in the areas of Anfeh, Beshmezine, and Amioun–Koura, and arrested 31 Syrians. Additionally, a LAF unit at the Madfoun checkpoint in Batroun arrested 18 Syrians, while a patrol from the Intelligence Directorate in Dora – Metn arrested 7 Syrians, all for wandering inside Lebanese territory without legal papers.

Investigations were initiated with the arrestees under the supervision of the competent judicial authorities.
