An Arab, military, and sports seminar in Fouad Chehab Academy for Command and General Staff

An Arab, military seminar was held in Fouad Chehab Academy for Command and General Staff concerning Sports Nutrition, stimulants and the sport training methods through Video Conference. The seminar was attended by the commander of the High Center for Military Sport Brigadier General Elias Hanna representing the LAF Commander in Chief General Joseph Aoun, and representatives of LAS, Ministry of Youth and Sports, Lebanese Olympic Committee and Arab Military Sports Federation. The seminar revolved around sports nutrition, stimulants, sport training methods, and the latest scientific recommendations in that regard.
The representative of LAF Commander in Chief considered that sport activity constitutes an essential need for military units, regarding the continuous missions they carry out, and the necessity for the military to enjoy fitness in order to endure challenges while carrying out their duties.
