The Army command announces the demise of Brigadier General Mohammad Fawaz
The Army command – Directorate of Orientation announces the demise of Brigadier General in actual service Mohammad Fawaz who passed while being treated abroad on 19/06/2017 as a result of an incurable disease. In the following is a summary of his life:
- Born on 25/04/1963 – Beirut
- Enrolled in the army on 09/01/1984 and was promoted to Lieutenant from 01/08/1986 then rose to Brigadier General from 01/01/2016
- Granted several medals and the congratulations and felicitations of the Armed forces Commander several times.
- Attended different courses inside and outside the country
- Married with 2 children
The body will be transferred to Rafic Hariri airport on 24/06/2017 at 0.30 to the central military hospital and will then be transferred to Tebnine where the funeral will be held at 15.30 and the burial will take place.
Condolences will be offered on 25 and 26/06/2017 in the residence of Haj Moustafa Qaddouh in the mentioned village and a prayer session will be held at 17.30, and on 29/06/2017 from 15.00 till 19.00 on the Islamic committee for specialization and scientific orientation – Ramle el Bayda and the 1 week memorial of his death will be heald on 02/07/2017 at 10.00 in the Husseiniye of the mentioned town.
