The Army Headquarters Announces the martyrdom of martyr Corporal Chadi el Kassis

The Army Headquarters – Directorate of Orientation announces the martyrdom of martyr Corporal Chadi el Kassis who fell on 04/03/2018 as a result of an accident while in a military vehicle during a patrol. In the following is a summary of his life:

• Born on 21/06/1982 in Zahle - Bekaa.
• Enrolled in the army on 01/12/1999
• Granted the commendation and congratulations of the Armed Forces Commander General Joseph Aoun several times as well as the congratulations of the Minister of Internal Affairs and Municipalities once.
• Marital status: Married with 2 children.

The deceased will be transferred on 06/03/2018 at 9.00 from the Central Military Hospital - Badaro to Aayta el Fakhar – Rashaya where the funeral will be held on the same date at 15.00 and the burial will take place in the family cemetery.

Condolences may be offered on 06/03/2018 in St. Andraos Church – Aayta el Fakhar and on 07/03/2018 from 10.00 till 18.00 in St. Nicolas Church – Hay el Midan - Zahle.
