Arrest of 7 citizens in Tripoli, Jabal Al Beddawi, and Choueifat for committing various crimes

The Lebanese Army Command - Directorate of Orientation issued the following statement:
As part of the security operations aimed at tracking down drug dealers and those disruptors of security, a patrol from the Intelligence Directorate in Choueifat arrested the citizen (AA.M.) who is wanted for committing crimes such as drug abuse and trafficking, arms dealing, and shooting. A large quantity of drugs was seized in his possession.
In addition, an army unit arrested 5 citizens in Tripoli for their involvement in previous shooting incidents. Drugs, Hashish, and firearms, including two military pistols, along with ammunition, were seized in their possession.
Furthermore, another unit, supported by a patrol from the Intelligence Directorate, arrested the citizen (A.J.) in Jabal Al Bedawi for throwing a hand grenade in front of a house in the area.

The confiscated items were handed over, and the investigation with the arrestees was initiated under the supervision of the competent judicial authorities.
