Arrest of a Citizen for Shooting another Citizen, Resulting in His Death in the Damour – Chouf

The LAF Command – Directorate of Orientation issued the following statement:
On 29/8/2025, after surveillance and security follow-up, a patrol from the Directorate of Intelligence arrested in Aramoun – Aley the citizens (M.T.) and his father (S.T.), after the former opened fire on the citizen (Kh.A.M.) on 28/8/2025 in Damour – Chouf, resulting in his death. The military weapon used in the crime was seized in their possession.
The seized items were handed over, and an investigation was launched with the arrestees under the supervision of the competent judicial authorities. Efforts are ongoing to arrest the remaining individuals involved.
