Arrest of Othman Mohammad el Abdallah and Mohammad Halloum and Khaled Dabab

The Army Headquarters – Directorate of Orientation issued the following statement:

On this date and as a result of followup, the Intelligence directorate arrested Othman Mohamad el Abdalla, AKA “Abou Acid” for belonging to the group of the terrorist Oussama Mansour and for participating in the assaults on LAF units during the Tripoli events on 2014 as well as kidnapping a soldier and forming along with others a terrorist cell that planned and executed terrorist acts against LAF posts and units. Abdallah was also arrested for finding in his residence in 2015 an explosive belt and an ISIS banner and for several arrest warrants being issued for murder and kidnap of soldiers and for the possession of weapons and combat ammunition and for executing terrorist acts.

The intelligence directorate also arrested in Tebbeneh Mohammad Halloum and Khaled Dabab, the first for throwing a hand grenade on 06/03/2018 towards the workplace of the second, causing massive damage.
