Arresting Palestinian Walid el Balbisi, the escort of fugitive Fadl Chamandar, AKA “Fadl Chaker”

The Army Headquarters – Directorate of Orientation issued the following statement:

The Intelligence Directorate arrested Palestinian Ahmad el Balbisi, escort of fugitive terrorist Fadl Chamandar, AKA “Fadl Chaker”. Balbisi had surrendered himself on 30/11/2017, being wanted for participating along with the group of arrested terrorist Ahmad el Assir in assaulting military units in Abra in 2013 and for being suspected in his relation with the assassination attempt of a clerk.

Investigation with the arrested individual was carried out under the supervision of the relevant authorities.
