The artillery of the Israeli enemy targeted several areas in southern Lebanon

The Army Command – Directorate of Orientation issued the following statement:
The artillery of the Israeli enemy bombarded with ninety-two shells Wadi Hamoul, Al-Sudana, Sahel Al-Mari, Rashaya Al-Fokhar outskirts, Sahel El-Khiam, in addition to Sahel Balat, following the firing of rockets from one of the southern areas towards the occupied Palestinian territories. The bombing of the Israeli enemy led to fires breaking out in Rashaya al-Fokhar.
The army conducted patrols in the area and set up a number of checkpoints. It also launched investigations to uncover the identities of the rocket launchers.
The situation is being monitored with the UNIFIL.
