Calling upon holders and operators of Flying Cams to acquire the required permits within a deadline of 3 months from the current date

The Army Headquarters – Directorate of Orientation issued the following statement:

The possession of remote planes equipped with cameras (Flying Cams) by companies and individuals has been abundant recently without acquiring permits from the Army Command – the Air Force as well as performing photo shoots in different Lebanese territories, particularly near military posts without acquiring filming permits from the Army command – Directorate of Orientation.

Therefore, the Army Command calls upon the holders an operators of these flying cams to request the appropriate permits from the Army Command – Air Force for the possession of the mentioned devices within a deadline of 3 months from the current date. Possessors of Flying cams are also called upon to refrain from filming above Lebanese territories without a permit issued by the Directorate of Orientation, particularly near military posts and barracks, under the penalty of legal prosecution.
