Chief of Staff P.S.C Major General Hatem Mallak visited the Military Headquarters of Mount Lebanon

The Lebanese Army Chief of Staff Major General P.S.C Hatem Mallak visited Mount Lebanon Military region, took a tour in its headquarters, facilities and affiliated units. Furthermore, the Chief of Staff visited the Lebanese Mine Action Center, the Directorate of Civil and Military Cooperation CIMIC, the Anti Armored Regiment and the Staff Information Technology Agency. He received briefings concerning the conditions and different activities of these units and conveyed to them the instructions of the LAF Commander General Jean Kahwagi.


Chief of Staff Mallak commended the efforts invested by the mentioned units in the field of their specialization and confirmed that the missions conducted by the logistic, administrative, medical and training units are integrated with those of the combat units. He stressed the importance of competence, professionalism and ethical and vocational commitment while executing different tasks and duties. Furthermore, he highlighted that the development role played by the Army through the Directorate of Civil and Military Cooperation CIMIC, the Lebanese Mine Action Center, the Medical Corp and the other units at their stations consolidates the solidarity between the troops and the civilians and boosts patriotic impregnability in the face of dangers and threats.
