The Graduation Ceremony Of The 18th Airborne Course In Dani Harb Barrack – Ghosta

The graduation ceremony of the 18th Airborne course named after martyr corporal Omran Obeid was held in Dani Harb Barrack – Ghosta and was attended by the Commander of the Airborne regiment Colonel P.S.C Jean Nohra, representing the Lebanese Armed Forces Commander General Joseph Aoun. The ceremony was also attended by several officers and parents of the graduates.
Colonel P.S.C Nohra delivered a speech on the occasion in which he commended the efforts of the trainers and the competence of the troops and stressed the importance of the qualitative training received by the special units in the army in order to make them more capable of intervention during critical circumstances.
At the end of the ceremony, certificates were distributed to the graduates and a commemorative shield was offered to the family of the martyr. The graduating units also participated in a military parade and in combat drills.
