Graduation ceremony and distribution of diplomas in Hanoush shooting field

A graduation ceremony was held this morning in Hanoush shooting field for troops from the Lebanese Army, the General Directorate of Public Security and the General Directorate of State Security, after they successfully attended various courses: ranger, raiding, sniper formation, landing instructor, and a special reconnaissance, attended by the commander of the Special Forces School, Brigadier General P.S.C. Fadi Makhoul representing the Lebanese Army Commander in Chief General Joseph Aoun, and a number of officers.

General Makhoul delivered a speech on the occasion, in which he said: "The members of Special Forces and the security institutions should have physical fitness, technical professionalism, moral awareness, and the ability to bear physical hardships in difficult psychological and natural conditions. Hence, our constant focus on quality courses aimed at raising the professional level, and preparing the troops to work under pressure, using specialized equipment and weapons.”

In the end, the graduating units performed a live fire tactical drill.
