Graduation Ceremony of Officers completing the 39th Staff Course with a Master’s Degree in Military Sciences

A graduation ceremony for officers completing the 39th Staff Course with a Master’s degree in Military Sciences was held at the Lebanese University - Hadath. The event was attended by the Deputy Chief of Staff for Operations, representing the LAF Commander, General Rodolph Haykal, the President of the Lebanese University, Professor Bassam Badran, along with several officers and professors.
During the ceremony, Brigadier General PSC Haydar Skina, Deputy Chief of Staff for Operations, delivered a speech stating: "The Master’s degree obtained by the officers of the 39th Staff Course is a fundamental step towards continuous academic achievement and enhancing professional performance. The LAF Command is committed to continually raising the educational level of officers and military personnel, and collaborating with various national universities, especially the Lebanese University, as part of the collective efforts needed to secure our nation from threats."
At the end of the ceremony, Brigadier General Skina congratulated the graduating officers on behalf of the LAF Commander, expressing appreciation for the Lebanese University and the Fouad Shehab Command and Staff College for their efforts throughout the course.
