An honoring ceremony for the children of martyr soldiers on the occasion of the Holidays

Under the patronage of the Armed Forces Commander General Joseph Aoun and with the presence of his spouse Ms. Neemat Nehme Aoun along with several journalists, officers from the LAF and the UNIFIL and guests, the Army Command organized in Yarzeh, in cooperation with Colonel Sobhi Akoury Institution, an honoring ceremony for the children of martyr soldiers on the occasion of the Holidays. During the ceremony, Brigadier General Miled Isaac, representing the Armed Forces Commander, delivered a speech on the occasion in which he congratulated the audience on the occasion of the Holidays and extended his appreciation to Ms. Lea Akoury for her initiative and commended the sacrifices the of the members of the martyrs’ families. Brigadier General Isaac confirmed that the loyalty of the military institution towards them is part of the loyalty towards the martyrs. Moreover, Brigadier General Isaac stated that the security that the Lebanese citizens benefit from today would not have been accomplished without the blood of these heroes who sacrificed their souls for the sake of Lebanon.

In the end, gifts were distributed to the honored children and commemorative shields were exchanged.
