Inauguration of the Training Center for Raids and Combat in Urban Areas

A ceremony was held at the Second Intervention Regiment – Al Zahrani to inaugurate a training center for raids and combat in urban areas, supported by British authorities. The event was attended by the British Ambassador to Lebanon, Hamish Cowell, the regiment commander, British Military Attaché, Lieutenant Colonel Charles Smith, and several officers.
The opening of the center is part of the British support program designated for the LAF, and it will contribute to enhancing its operational capabilities and raising its professionalism during various missions, particularly in maintaining security.
At the end of the ceremony, the regiment's soldiers conducted a live ammunition drill.
