Installation of a number of lighting lamps that operate on solar energy in various border villages

Thursday, 16 March 2023

Within the framework of the aid program supported by the British Government to support the land border regiments of the Lebanese Army, these regiments installed a number of solar lights to illuminate military checkpoints, public squares, places of worship, and municipalities in 70 towns on the northern and eastern borders, starting from Al-Aridah in the north, passing Hawsh Al-Sayyid Ali, to Deir Al-Ashaer in Beqaa. This program is based on reducing the suffering of the citizens, strengthening security, and maintaining it during the night.
