Israeli Enemy Patrol Attempted To Kidnap A Lebanese Shepherd

The Army Command – Directorate of Orientation issued the following statement:

An Israeli enemy foot patrol crossed the withdrawal line on 23 / 06 / 2018 at 9.15, 20 meters into the disputed Lebanese territories in Kfarshouba. The enemy patrol members attempted to kidnap a Lebanese shepherd without success, while they seized his cattle, then left at 1 hour and a half into the occupied territories and the cattle went back to the Lebanese territories.

Army troops stationed in the area took the appropriate measures and the violation is currently being followed up with the UNIFIL.
