Joint exercises off the ports of Beirut and Tripoli

A unit of the Navy Forces, elements of the Marine Commandos Regiment and the Air Force, in addition to elements of the American training team and a team of Jordanian special forces, carried out an exercise simulating a ship attack, including boarding a hijacked boat and controlling it. A unit of the 12th Infantry Brigade and members of the military medical team carried out an exercise opposite the port of Tripoli, simulating the protection of vital facilities, as part of the joint exercise Resolute Union 2022, which is being implemented in cooperation between the Lebanese army units and elements of the American and Jordanian armies.
