Joint naval drill between the Lebanese Army and the Indonesian ship Kri Usman Harun

Units of the Lebanese Navy and the Lebanese Air Force participated in a drill performed with the Indonesian warship Kri Usman Harun operating in Lebanon under the UNIFIL banner. The tactical drill took place facing the coast of Amchit and simulated the surveillance and intervention on board a suspicious ship. The operation included landing on the warship while being onboard helicopters using the fast – roping technique, as well as searching and raiding the ship.

This drill comes as part of the Military cooperation between the Lebanese Army and the UNIFIL.
