LAF denies news reported on social media pages

The Army Command – Directorate of Orientation issued the following statement:
A social media page reported news attributed to a military source involved in the investigations, alleging the entry of certain party members to the Port of Beirut.
The Army Command denies these allegations altogether and considers them baseless and unfounded. The LAF Command would like to point out that the area where the explosion took place is closed to everyone expect the security forces who are conducting investigations and clearing the debris.
The Army Command renews its call to the social media to seek precision while sharing military news and to resort to the statements issued by the Directorate of Orientation.
