Raid and Arrest of Perpetrators of Theft Incidents and Wanted Individuals in the Ghosta and Al-Mrah Areas - Hermel

The Lebanese Army Command – Directorate of Orientation issued the following statement:

Following investigative and search operations carried out by Army units in the forests surrounding the central of Ghosta after a theft incident, they arrested the citizens (M.AA.), (K.AA.) and his sister (S.AA.), the Syrians (M.M.) and (M.S.), and the Palestinians (A.H.), (AA.H.) and (M.H.) for their involvement in the theft. They also found 14 batteries belonging to the central station.

Additionally, a patrol from the Intelligence Directorate, supported by an Army force, raided the homes of wanted individuals in Al Mrah - Hermel and arrested the citizen (AA.AA.), known as "Al Safina", for drug trafficking. They also seized military weapons and a quantity of hashish.

The seized items were handed over, and the arrested individuals have been referred for investigation under the supervision of the competent judicial authorities.
