A raid and arresting an individual in Bouday – Bekaa

The Army Headquarters – Directorate of Orientation issued the following statement:

On this date, a unit from the LAF raided the residences of several wanted individuals in Bouday – Bekaa where around 200 Kgs of Hash, 4 hand grenades, hunting rifle, wireless device, M16 rifle with belonging ammunition and different military equipment were confiscated.

Moreover, Naser Mahmoud Shamas, wanted for several arrest warrants for exchange of fire. The unit confiscated in his residence a Kalashnikov rifle along with ammunition.

Investigation with the arrested individuals was carried out and the remaining wanted individuals are being pursued to be arrested.
