Raiding residences of several perpetrators in the clash that took place in Serhin el Fawqa and 3 individuals arrested

The Army Headquarters – Directorate of Orientation issued the following statement:

As a follow up of its previous statement related to the clash that took place in Serhin el Fawqa between individuals from the Chouman family for previous family issues, the LAF raided the residences of the several suspects for being involved in the mentioned clash. Following the raid, the LAF arrested 3 individuals who were caught in possession of 4 hand grenades and light ammunition in addition to various military equipment and several communication devices.

The arrested individuals were turned in along with the confiscated items to the relevant authorities and the LAF continue to track down the remaining perpetrators in order to arrest them and turn them in to the relevant authorities.
