SAD DEMISE OF RETIRED BRIGADIER GENERAL WAFIQ JABER

The LAF Command – Directorate of Orientation declares the sad demise of Retired brigadier General Wafiq Jaber who passed away on May 9, 2025.
The following information presents a summary of his life:
•    Born on November 23, 1957, Beirut - Beirut.
•    Enlisted in the Army on September 22, 1980, and rose through the ranks, starting as a lieutenant on November 1, 1983, and reaching the rank of brigadier General, effective January 2, 2012.
•    Received several medals commendations and congratulations of the Lebanese Armed Forces Commander several times.
•    Followed several training courses in Lebanon and abroad.
•    Married with Four children.
