Signing of development projects within the framework of Civil-Military Cooperation (CIMIC) with support from the Dutch authorities.

The Lebanese Armed Forces Commander General Rodolph Haykal received in his office in Yarzeh the Dutch Ambassador to Lebanon, Frank Mollen, in the presence of the Dutch Military Attaché, Lieutenant Colonel Vincent Van Ophem, and representatives from the Geneva Centre for Security Sector Governance (DCAF). They discussed the latest developments.
Additionally, General Haykal and Ambassador Mollen signed development projects to be implemented within the framework of Civil-Military Cooperation (CIMIC) with support from the Dutch authorities, through the aforementioned center.
