A symbolic celebration Anchoron the occasion of General Joseph Aoun taking command of the army

A symbolic military ceremony was held this morning in the yard of the ministry of defense in Yarzeh. The ceremony was attended by the Chief of Staff Major General P.S.C Hatem Mallak representing the LAF Commander General Joseph Aoun as well as the command general staff, the commanders of units, officers and civil employees. During the celebration, the ceremony of hoisting the flag took place and the first Order of the Day given by the Armed Forces Commander to the soldiers was recited. Furthermore, other similar celebrations were held in the headquarters of military regions, posts and barracks as well as the headquarters of the Air Force, the Naval Force, academies, schools and independent units.
