Visitors of the Armed Forces Commander General Joseph Aoun

The Armed Forces Commander General Joseph Aoun received in his office in Yarzeh the Commander of the UNIFIL Major General Michael Beary where they discussed the situation at the southern borders as well as the bilateral coordination in order to preserve the stability of the South Litani sector. General Aoun also received EU Counter-terrorism Coordinator Mr. Gilles de Kerchove who was heading an accompanying delegation with the presence of Ambassador Christina Lassen where they discussed ways of boosting the military and security cooperation in the field of counter terrorism and exchange of expertise and information related to terrorist activities. General Aoun also received a delegation from the General Confederation of Workers in Lebanon headed by Dr. Bechara el Asmar where they discussed various affairs.
