Visitors of General Aoun

The Lebanese Armed Forces Commander, General Joseph Aoun, received the German Ambassador Kurt Georg Stoeckl-Stillfried in his office in Yarze. They discussed the current situation in Lebanon.
The German ambassador announced the provision of a financial donation to the army to support its capabilities during this exceptional period.
He also received a delegation from the Progressive Socialist Party, including MPs Wael Abu Faour and Bilal Abdullah, along with Mr. Zafer Nasser. They discussed the general situation in the country in light of the ongoing Israeli aggression against Lebanon. Additionally, he met with Father Bshara Elia, the head of the Antonine Order's Monastery of Our Lady of the Fortress, along with a delegation, where various issues were discussed.
