The Visitors of the Lebanese Armed Forces Commander

The Lebanese Armed Forces Commander General Rodolph Haykal received in his office in Yarzeh the Director for the Middle East and North Africa at the French Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Romaric Roignan, accompanied by the French Ambassador to Lebanon, Hervé Magro, along with a delegation. They discussed the general situation in Lebanon and the region. He also received the Head and Commander of the United Nations Interim Force in Lebanon (UNIFIL), Major General Diodato Abagnara, during a visit to mark the start of his mission in Lebanon. They confirmed the continuation of cooperation and coordination between the LAF and UNIFIL within the framework of Resolution 1701.
