VISITORS OF THE LEBANESE ARMY COMMANDER-IN-CHIEF
The Lebanese Army Commander-in-Chief, General Rodolph Haykal, received in his office in Yarzeh MP Tony Frangieh and later MP Nicolas Sehnaoui. The meetings focused on current developments and the prevailing situation in the country. Both MPs commended the sacrifices of the military institution and expressed their appreciation for the Lebanese Army’s vital role in preserving internal stability.
General Haykal also met with Archbishop Elie Haddad, Melkite Greek Catholic Metropolitan of Sidon and Deir El Qamar, accompanied by MP Michel Moussa and a delegation. Discussions centered on Lebanon’s domestic affairs and ongoing challenges.
The attendees emphasized the importance of national unity and support for the military institution, reaffirming their deep appreciation for the Lebanese Army’s sacrifices and its steadfast commitment to safeguarding the nation.
