Wanted individual arrested with a large quantity of drugs in this possession in Al Laylaki-Baabda

The Army Command – Directorate of Orientation issued the following statement:

On 25/03/2023, a patrol from the Intelligence Directorate raided the residence of citizen (AA.Z.) and arrested him for being wanted under several arrest warrants for drug dealing and promotion, and for shooting and injuring a warrant officer of the Internal Security Forces. 180 packages of cocaine, 7 medium-sized balls of cannabis, 4 Sylvia sachets, 4 phones and an amount of cash were seized in his possession.

The seized items were handed over and the investigation was initiated with the arrestee under the supervision of the competent judicial authorities.
